This microwave has great, useful features. Ex. Turntable can be turned on or off. The rack inside is great with kids allows you to warm two plates up at once. Clean up inside is super easy.

This microwave replaced a six+ year old KitchenAid and is much better. The handle is metal versus plastic and I hope that it will last longer then the KitchenAid. Installation went well, but it would be nice if the microwaves all used the same mounting system and holes (KitchenAid is made by Whirlpool). We really liked that Best Buy recycled our old microwave.

I bought this microwave as it had good reviews for how it works and its reliability. We had a GE Space Saver that we liked a lot, but it quit working the day before Thanksgiving after only 4 years. I looked at getting another one, but then changed my mind as the Whirlpool had better reviews for how long they last.

I have only had this microwave for a little while but it is good for what you pay for it. The only downside is that the alarm when the timer goes off or when food is done cooking is so quiet you can barely hear it. Other than that it is great!

We've only had the microwave a few weeks. It heats quickly, we love the 4 speed fan, and the light is adequate. The time is much too quiet when it goes off though. We can't hear it in the next room.

Microwave looks great, matches the range we got. Clean modern lines. Works great. Has lots of features..........still learning all the options.

Worst instructions ever. Tells you to measure in 1/6 of an inch increments. There are no rulers in "sixth's of an inch" Also the keypad is very hard to read.. My other Whirlpool microwave is far better and was less expensive.

I replaced a Kitchen-aid with this one and I looks great and works great just missing some features. The finished beep is not as loud and can't use timer at same time as cooking something but it does work very well

Looks great with my other Whirlpool appliances! I love the new alert chimes when you food is ready!

I am really impressed with the quality of Whirlpool. The installation instructions for this microwave are great. They provide step by step visual and textual directions. After installation it has been a pleasure to use.
