Replaced my old whirlpool gold microwave. Happy with this model

very happy with it. size was 1/2" different than old model so was not easy install with our cabinets. very easy to use. works well.

I actually really like this microwave a lot. But I was unable to keep it. I purchased an open box version and it was missing all of the installation parts. I had some parts from another microwave but they didn't fit. It turned out to be more of a hassle than I wanted so I returned it. I would only recommend a new version of this product.

I need to upgrade my microwave and this one is pretty good. I like the shelf.

We are very pleased with the cooking but also the vent system is much better than what we had before.
