Product is super. Install by third party could have gone smoother. Minor damage to wall paint and a chipped tile and the unit itself tilts a little lower in the rear causing the door to swing shut on its own.

This microwave heats up our food just fine. I have to say though, that this particular model gets on my nerves, a bit. Our last microwave, which was a different brand, only lasted 15 months. After attempting to fix it 3 times, we had to just bite the bullet again & spend the money on a new one. Though the last one didn't last long, what I did like about our last microwave was that it didn't take rocket science to figure it out. It was easy to use or just took some basic logic. Maybe it's just me, but there seems to be too many steps to accomplish, what should be, easy tasks with this Whirlpool model. What gets on my nerves is that I have to re-open & shut the door in order to make it start & the display would say so. The display would say to open & shut the door, then press start. Sometimes, I would put something inside, but not need to start it up quite yet. When I eventually enter the time & press start, the panel displays that I have to reopen & shut the door again before starting. I never ever had to do that with all the other microwaves I've had in the past. I'm constantly opening & shutting the door now more than I should need to. Also, with other tasks, you have to jump through hoops to get to the final step. I never had these issues before. I would, however, reluctantly, recommend this. It does do the job and cooks & heats up food just fine, once you're done pressing through all the ridiculous steps. Like I said before, it could be just me.

This is a replacement for a very similar microwave. So far, so good. This one seems to be a lot quieter than the previous one.

Large and powerful this unit replaced the old microwave of the same brand from years back. the wall plate was the same so it made installation even easier because i didn't have to take the old one out, they were the same.

Very well built have alot of features. Its very quiet and is a big plus.. i highly recommend it to everyone

This microwave is fantastic! Perfect size for heating and cooking anything. The Sensor Cooking feature heats and cooks food perfectly! The cooking rack is also an added bonus. I would recommend this microwave to anyone!

This microwave is quiet and very easy to use. The features to use are ones we use the most. It also seems to complete our request quicker than our old one. I am so glad we chose this microwave.

Wonderful Microwave. Replacement for older Whirlpool Model with different features. Will purchase the same brand again when needed.

I purchased this Whirlpool microwave because of its ratings and features. It's a 2 person job to get it up but instructions were excellent. I even found a video on YouTube on how to install it. So far, the unit works great! We love the features.

I bought this microwave to replace an LG. I bought this one because reviews said Whirlpool is a reliable brand. My only complaint is the light is in the back of the microwave. It does not light up the stove top very well

I absolutely recommend this microwave. The sensor heating is fabulous and cooks food thoroughly. The microwave is very quiet while cooking. The fan has multiple speeds and works efficiently. I am very pleased with this purchase!

To date, this microwave has performed as advertised, the controls are intuitive and easy to use. It has plenty of power, is easy to keep clean and fits in well with our kitchen.

I've had this microwave for more than a month and really like it. It is very roomy inside and warms evenly. I do wish it had some of the quick buttons, like pressing '2' for two minutes, but that is just being lazy!

Since delivery/installation on January 11,2023 this Whirlpool Mircrowave oven has been used every day and it is performing very well.

Really like all the features on this microwave. Had a LG with most of the same features but was repaired twice in 6 years and died again. Bought this one as a replacement. So far So good!

We've had this microwave for two months. Works well and is efficient and is very easy to use. The exhaust fan works well (ours is vented to the outside). The top rated model per Consumer Reports 11/19 kitchen edition.

Nice overall. Auto Settings tend to overheat some items but are accurate on other items. Very easy to clean compared to last over the range microwave we owned. Price very reasonable for quality.

I just replaced this microwave with the same one from 1999. The old microwave still worked but the plastic shell was literally falling apart. Very good product. The light is a bit dim for my liking but that is not important to me.

Big improvement over my prior Frigidaire - Easy smooth door use, no overly loud and near constant tone. Nice full size interior space. Easy install, but definitely two person job to prevent any problems.
