Functions as expected and has easy-to-use controls. Has a sensor that automatically turns on the vent fan if the underside of the unit gets too hot (when the oven/range underneath are in use). Much quieter than the older microwave it replaced.

Just what we were looking for! We looked every where but after contacting the manufacturer we knew this is what we wanted and there was no better place to purchase it.

- Easy to clean - Even heating - the presets work great (I've never had luck using presets on previous microwaves.) - The odd thing we love about this microwave - it feels solid open and closing the door.

Microwavr has performed well. It is easy to use & has good defrost & other good features. The inside surface is not white; therefore, does not easily show spills and is easy to clean.

This was a replacement for a LG microwave we have had for 3 years. This definitely has more interior space, but with caution I tell everyone that mounting it yourself will require some skill. This microwave has more height than a conventional microwave. It is about 1 inch lower than the last one. So I had to trim the backsplash tile and remount the back bracket that comes with this microwave. Best Buy was good about delivery but mounting was gonna cost an extra $150. So do measure the old microwave and the space on the wall before considering any new microwave. Whirlpool overall has had great reviews.

Very nice microwave, seems to be easier to keep the interior clean than my older model. User manual could be more elaborate, the "alarm sound" that goes off when cooking or timer is done is much too quiet, easily drowned out by conversation or nearby tv. Light under this model blew out literally the second I turned it on, the replacement only lasted 12 days, somewhat concerned about that as other reviews on other sites have mentioned this issue.

I bought this microwave based on reviews I had seen, and it is definitely a step up from my previous Whirlpool OTR microwave (which was almost 20 years old). It has a large 2.1 Cu Ft capacity with a rack included for two level cooking. There are many heating features I find useful, such as melt and beverage. The light inside is not very bright, but I guess that's good for nighttime. The machine also runs very quietly compared to my old one.

Well, it's brand new, so not really much to say about this unit. But, so far, it's been great! Pretty easy to use.

-Microwave was as described and recommened by Consumer Reports. -Easy to install and operate if directions are read as for most appliances. -Cabinet is as described being fingerprint RESISTANT.

love everything about this replaced a whirlpool that went out on me after less than 4 years and this one seems great functions are great, size, buttons, everything impresses me

First of all, we like the microwave. However, it doesn't have some of the features our previous microwave had, in particular, being able to push on a number and have it automatically turn into minutes. For example, we now have to push in 200 to get 2-minutes.

This microwave not only looks great in muy kitchen, but it does everything except load itself. Its easy to jeep clean. I'm very happy with the product.

Our last over-the-range microwave only lasted a little over 2 years. The matching fridge and oven work great but that microwave never seemed to have the cooking power that it claimed to have from the beginning. This time I did a little research and decided for the price this was the best microwave for us. It works great. Mostly we just heat and defrost foods in the microwave oven and it does that just fine. The led display is a slightly different shade of blue but from a distance you don't notice too much of a difference in the overall style of the microwave oven.

Very quiet, easy to use, very efficient…so far, got it about a month ago. Inside lights not very bright
