    I got this model because Consumer Reports rated it high on reliability and in the way the special features work as they should. So far this is all showing to be true. The exhaust fan is the strongest I've experienced, the special buttons work great (defrost, popcorn, etc.) and I haven't had any functional issues. We love it.

    So far the microwave has been working nicely. It is a lower wattage than my last one, but does a fine job cooking frozen dinners and heating leftovers. There is a reminder beep for when the heated food is left in the microwave. Fan on the unit can get loud at high speed. I would like to have the option of changing the completion notification sound. This would be a "nice to have" option.

    Microwave works great except would be nice to have clock light color green or something I can read at a distance. Also the rack is not practical or too low since i cannot fit mugs underneath so I removed it.
