    Nothing but good things to say about the Whirlpool so far. A definite upgrade from our previous Kenmore. Cooks fast and evenly. Even has a nice chime when cooking is done instead of those old, annoying alarm clock-type beeps!

    Selected this unit over other whirlpool models because of the sensor features and bigger turntable. I highly suggest getting the upgraded version.

    Bought this to replace an older microwave. Love all of the unique buttons for popcorn, reheating, etc. It's nice that this model had more cooking space than our previous model, yet takes up the same physical space.

    Nice microwave but missing a few small extra features. Does not have auto-cook feature with a press of any one of the keypad digits. Only has a 30 second quick cook option. Also, the chime is too long and not pleasant. Can only have the chime on or off. There isn’t an option to select different chimes.

    Solid microwave. We replaced a more expensive Whirlpool microwave that stopped working but this one is just as nice and fit the previous model's mounting hardware perfectly - was able to use the old bracket in place.

    Had the same microwave put in from the builder when they built the house 2 yrs ago and door switches already went out. Hoping this model has improvements and had to buy it because it was the only one that was a Whirlpool gold that match the rest of the appliances.
