I was extremely happy with the new one. More efficient and very easy to read and use. Very satisfied. Best Buy had the best price and delivery to my home was a plus.

Didn’t work right when I took it out of the box

If the door was closed with even a slight amount of force it wouldn’t work. I feel like a switch in the door is not working properly. I’m going to return it to get another one. I’m on the fence about this product since I bought this as a replacement for a very expensive Kitchen Aid microwave, both of which are made by Whirlpool. I bought the Whirlpool because it is $300 cheaper than Kitchen Aid, yet they are the same microwave.

For my purposes of reheating , defrosting and steaming, it works wonderfully. The best part is that it is very quiet when running.

Very disappointed that it lasted only 1 year. I’m hoping that whirlpool will do the right thing and honor the warranty because their product should be built to last longer than one year especially for a microwave that was over $350.
