I forgot my pass word and purchased this as a guess. However, it still went with my old profile and was delivered to an old address. Sine this was a two piece purchase I has to get Best Buy involed to intercept the second piece. Once we got things straight transaction went fine.

The bags of popcorn we buy is 2.75 ounces and there is not setting for that. It goes from 1.5 to 3.25. We were glad we were able to use our trim kit from the previous microwave.

Dangerous Microwave

This is our second microwave of this model, and they've both had the same problem - loud crackling noises and sparks. Our first one would also randomly start on its own and the latest one stopped working on different power levels. We'd set it to 30% power only to find our food ruined because it cooked on full power. It's the absolute worst microwave, and we're hoping to find a replacement that will fit in our cabinet.

Junk will only last a year if you are lucky

I bought on March 22 last year and it broke on April 2 and both Best Buy and whirlpool did nothing about it. They said sorry your warranty expired!!! They said it would cost more money to fix it and to buy a new microwave instead! This microwave is junk!!
