The second one had a door alignment problem. Whirlpool sent out a serviceman that was able to fix it, not perfect but better. Six months later the door open button started to stick. Now, the humming sound it makes when it is running, has turned into a loud buzz and gets louder by the week. I called Whirlpool but, since I have had it 6 weeks beyond the one year warranty, they will not do anything. Fortunately, I purchased the 4 year extended warranty, something I almost never do. When it completely dies, which I am sure it will, I will return it for a refund.
