    Second time owning this unit first one came with the house and it had started to rust on the inside. Bought a second one 19months later it started to rust in the exact same spots as the first one. whirlpool won’t stand behind their products and won’t replace or offer to repair.

    Manufacturer cuts corners with faulty magatron

    I keep having to replace this microwave yearly (through my home warranty) unless you get geek squad option through bestbuy. Which probably would’ve been an easier option since it keeps malfunctioning yearly. Technician diagnosed a magatron issue. I’m hoping the manufacture doesn’t cut corners again with the one I just bought today fingers crossed

    Received Possibly a Refurbished item, with no product company packaging. And some of the buttons are not working like power. overall performance of the microwave seems to be taking more time to heat than normal, felt like a rip off from a reputed company. Very disappointed. John

    Our microwave that just died after 12 years had way more options. We paid a lot to get the bronze and features aren’t worth price. Button to open is hard to push and the obnoxious buzzer buzzes 5x whether you open door or not, and buzzes 5 times again if you don’t open door soon enough. Only keeping because dimensions were only one that fit in the built in space we have for it.

    The microwave arrived with a non-functioning door opener so we were not able to evaluate its operation. The Best Buy return procedure for this product is efficient. We received a full refund within two weeks of shipping it back.

    This microwave is a throwback... 30 years back! The style and features are old style. The door does not open properly. It appears to impede on the carrousel glass tray. Do not buy this microwave.

    Replacement for built-in, lucky to find one that would fit with the opening and use the existing trim. Went thru effort to replace, and it would not work. Painful to remove. Super easy to return to Best Buy.
