    Horrible. Bought this In 2018 and now it barely works. You put your dish in the microwave and before you press the time it is already going. The

    Best Buy never was able to come put the microwave in its place in my kitchen. It has been sitting there since the arrival. Should I just go ahead and get some other company to install it??!!

    It doesnt work after 1 year. Funny that it stopped working right after we had it for one year. Going to contact best buy to see if there is warranty but i dont think so.

    Heats not consistent. Hard to clean and hard to keep outside clean. Steam is released through front and always causes condensation on the frame.

    Works great but the only option is delivery to home and came with dents and no one to complain to or website option.Also the trim kit came damaged.

    Unit will not heat. 1st one went out within 3 months. Whirlpool replaced with no problems. 15 months later same issue however past warranty.

    After purchasing in 2019 the microwave almost caused a fire. I have never had a microwave start sparking when in use.

    I used this microwave a handful of times and it stopped heating. It would turn on but no heat was generated.

    They were supposed to order an above range microwave instead ordered a countertop..so had to reorder it and now I dont get 24 month same as cash.

    Bought this and after a year and half the control panel doesn’t work. Customer service said buy a new one.

    Terrible purchase. I bought this and it didn’t turn on out of the box. I also ordered a trim kit which was recommended at Best Buy . Wrong size . Now the replacement is not in stock . Went to order it at Home Depot. This is after I have literally spend $1000’s at Best Buy this year alone.

    I wouldnt say this is the best microwave. When we bought our house, this was the microwave installed. About a year into the house, the microwave starts sparking while heating up pizza. There was no metal in the microawve, so we bought another one. Then, 6 months later the display went out on the new one. Id say stay away from this one. I gave 3 stars because it heats up just fine.
