Very disappointed in Whirlpool

My initial purchase was delivered and simply didn’t work. I attempted to heat something up- lights came on, timer counted down, turntable spun, but no heat. I attempted to exchange the item at my local Best Buy (which was a hassle in and of itself). I’ve had a replacement unit just over a year, and am now experiencing the same issue. To make it all worse this unit is installed in my kitchen island so replacing it with a similar sized unit is going to be difficult...
