In my experience it heats items evenly. It has added features that I have to review before I use them so seldomly that I forget how to set them up, but as I said when I do the steps correctly the end result is perfect.

Well I was told that this one was also. Imagine my surprise when it arrived and was just another piece of imported unemployment. This is disgraceful Whirlpool and the salesman should have told me the truth. As it has always been buyer beware

First unit came in damaged in shipping, Best Buy was quick to replace and send another unit along with a return label along with a lower price matched price!

Didn’t work right when I took it out of the box

If the door was closed with even a slight amount of force it wouldn’t work. I feel like a switch in the door is not working properly. I’m going to return it to get another one. I’m on the fence about this product since I bought this as a replacement for a very expensive Kitchen Aid microwave, both of which are made by Whirlpool. I bought the Whirlpool because it is $300 cheaper than Kitchen Aid, yet they are the same microwave.
