This one only lasted 14 months! (it comes with a 12-month warranty). Paid almost $400 for Junk.

Replaced 7 year old microwave which rusted out from use. Looking forward to multiple years with this model. Digital clock is crisp and easy to read. Easy on the eyes at night as well.

They confirmed my information and told me that since the Techs are not allowed to open the countertop Microwaves that I would be receiving a phone call from the Echange/Returns dept in 3 days or less (never happened). Waited 6-9 days and called and waited on hold for over an hr and they told me that I have to schedule a tech to come diagnose the microwave. I told them what you are saying does not make sense, I was told by the last tech that they were not allowed to open countertop microwaves and he placed me on hold and finally came back and said you are right we cant open the microwaves you are going to need to call Whirlpool to get and exchange. Waist of my time, after they tell you they are going to exchange it and waste your time.

Wasted 700 dollars total for both. Each lasted 2.5 years. I wouldn't recommend any whirlpool products. Our cheap 100 dollar microwave lasted longer. Both of ours would not shut off with the door closed.

Nothing is built to last anymore! The inside top appears to be melting, yes melting!

Works great and looks great

Hope this lasts as long. Unlike some other reviews, I didn’t find the push button opening to be too hard. Maybe I’m stronger than I know. Recommend this microwave.
