we lost several weeks worth of groceries when this fridge quit working within one month of purchase. then when we called best buy they told us we had to contact whirlpool since it was still under man warranty. technician came out and told us we had to much food in freezer. However, this is a bigger fridge than the one we used to have, with the same amount of food in it. so we bought a bigger fridge, but it doesn't hold as much because of where the blower is placed in the top half. Our top half still got cold, but we lost everything in fridge section. So now we cant keep as much as our previous fridge and are pretty unhappy with that. otherwise it has been working, so far.

Came on time and as expected. Looks a bit older / less modern than the picture, but a decent value nonetheless.

Could only manage between zero and 20 degrees in the freezer and 38-44 on coldest settings. Also, no light in the freezer.

Needed to replace our fridge. We were restricted by size in location. After searching all other stores in the area, Best Buy was the only place that carried one with the size and all the amenities we were hoping for.

Its a nice fridge. I wish i could have gotten it right away but...

We purchased this as a "second" refrigerator to replace our garage Frigidaire that quit, more for utility and practicality than any special glitz or features. It is basic. Shelves, drawers, and door spaces are well designed and utilizable. We did not need an ice maker. Temperature controls are basic and not highly fine-tunable. There is lighting in the refrigerator compartment but not in the freezer compartment. Noise level is moderate. It's very suitable for a garage or basement fridge, or a main refrigerator if looking for a budget buy.

I wanted a white refrigerator after having stainless steel. So far I'm satisfied with my refrigerator purchase. I recommend this refrigerator.

I like the bigger inner space compared to the outer body length and width. Like a big ❤️ inside a smaller body.

I PURCHASED THIS FOR A RENTAL PROPERTY. IT IS A GOOD VALUE. MY TENANTS WEREN'T EXPECTING SUCH A NICE FRIG. SO FAR IT WORKS FINE.

Love this refrigerator, simple which is exactly what I was looking for. Bought it for my vacation home. Will be purchasing anther one for my residence

Great off floor value for the money. We recently moved and our new home has a jenn air counter depth fridge so we needed additional storage capacity. Didn’t want to spend a lot since it would be in our garage. This floor model whirlpool fit the bill perfectly.

However, it took 3 refrigerators to get one that worked correctly and there were three different delivery people.T

Nothing special. No water, no ice. Purchased as a second and placed in garage. Like that it is very quiet.

Everything works as well as a modern fridge can. Fridge this is replacing would freeze everything in the back.

This is the third one that i have purchased for some rental apartments They are a quality product with a very high end appearance that I would be very happy with in my own home

I like the size and look of this black refrigerator. I am also looking forward to the energy saving. I was rather disappointed with the delivery. I was scheduled for the 4-8pm timeframe and after waiting and close to 8pm received a call they had to reschedule.
