In was very familiar with is product and after researching it we were lucky enough to find it in the store out of box! Love the room and it's shelving as well as freezer size!

Bought for my patio. Nice outdoor fridge but the white paint is showing some rust. But the appliance is top notch.

A little louder than expected but very serviceable and a good basic refrigerator for the price.

I've just owned this fridge for about a month and from the delivery/install, things are good. The most impressive was that Best Buy was able to deliver on the 4th of July.

hard to review when we don't even get to receive product until mid September!

My biggest issue was the delivery process. I was not home during it. They definitely didnt wait or told my wife to wait a couple hours at least to plug it in. Worried thats why its so loud now. 2nd they had dirty hands and left black marks all over the white fridge.

The fridge makes noise and I wasn’t told about the Guarantee on the fridge or the icemaker very disappointed and won’t be back I’ve only had it a couple of weeks

this is my last review this refrigartor might be fine but i am not sure

Kitchen remodel needed a new refrigerator. This whirlpool unit is exactly what we needed. Great ice maker and easy access bins.

The fridge is excellent, it works perfectly. The black finish is nice, and it cools perfect. The delivery men were very helpful!!

Love how much space it has but wished it had the water despenser on the outside.

Not even a year later the compressor went out. My food was spoiled . Best buy had to send a third party company to fix this issue which took 3 weeks . A few months passed and the same issue again. This time it took 6 weeka to fix. They had me fill out a food spoilage form and they sent me a 300$ check to help w the inconvenience of loosing my food. Welp that check bounced! And when i call to get answers customer care ask for me to send a email to the administration team. Well i did and then I received a response saying i need to call. I call again and once again i was redirected to email . The protection plan is horrible .. this fridge is horrible. Dealing with best buy is a nightmare!

Great refrigerator. I use this in the break room and it has plenty of space for our needs.

I love that the sides of the refrigerator are gray, not black. It’s much prettier.

I wanted a simple and modestly priced refrigerator/freezer. Best Buy had several from which to choose. The transaction was easy and convenient, including free delivery.

We purchased our refrigerator about 6 months and the door already has rust spots which is extremely disappointing for a whirlpool. I purchased whirlpool because my grandfather worked there for years. But seems the quality has went down. Fridge seems to work well but is not cosmetically pleasing.

it is a good refrigerator. No bells or whistles but it is exactly what I needed for my garage.

This is replacing a unit in our basement, it works very well, is quiet and I love the sliding drawer and adjustable shelves
