I've read others complaining about the same issues. Fridge would have condensation then suddenly starts freezing like crazy. spent over $400 on repairs for nothing. Very disapointing

Same thing happened with this one and I only had it for two weeks. Water pooled up in back on top shelf. I exchanged the fridge for an Lg more expensive model. Five stars for customer service in store. The salesman was great and it was no problem exchanging it. I just payed the difference.

Unfortunately it was all scuffed and scratched up after opening. The freezer keeps creating a solid sheet of ice that all of our food sticks to. We’ve made sure the temp isn’t too low, no vents are blocked and that the door is staying kept shut but it keeps happening.
