The sides are painted a grey color which does not "monochromatic" make. Also, items placed towards the back of the fridge freeze.

Not good for senior citizens especially if you have back problems. Would not recommend this product for anyone basically. Also on low setting not cold enough on medium front ok back it freezes every item so you loose half of refrigerator space. Save your money buy something else. Honestly when I called BESTBUY about not liking it they were no help

Temp is too high in the fridge compartment

It was delivered promptly and on time. However, after using it for just a few days, we noticed that the temperature was not getting low enough. I set the thermostat to the coldest setting, but it still does not get below 40 degrees. Occasionally, it will get down to 39, but it never gets any colder. I contacted customer support, and they told me to wait a few days to see if it would get any better. However it hasn't. I would not recommend this refrigerator.

Best buy delivery team damaged the drywall in my house brining the unit in. Guess who won't return my calls or stand buy their product
