    There was no container to store eggs included. Also the bottom shelf on the door only holds one row of drinks instead of the typical two per row.

    I received this refrigerator. It had a scratch on it. It didn’t affect the operation of the appliance. I was told a gift card would be sent. It’s been few weeks now. Still haven’t received it. Also I did check every mail that came in.

    The refrigerator won’t get to temperature in either the freezer or refrigerator. Have tried to contact Best Buy and can’t get past their customer support. Have lost a ton of food because it is either thawing in the freezer or freezing in the refrigerator

    OK, so I am still getting Review your product on a product I HAD THE GEEK SQUAD COME TAKE BACK. I AM ALSO STILL GETTING CHARGED FOR THIS REFRIGERATOR THAT IS NOT IN MY HOME. I DID NOT LIKE THE REFRIGERATOR, .I EXPLAINED THAT TO Best Buy TWO DAYS AFTER GETTING IT. I FOUND ANOTHER REFRIGERATOR AND THEY BROUGHT ME THAT ONE AND TOOK OUT THE WHIRLPOOL. IT IS NOT IN MY HOUSE> THE SAME FOUR MEN WHO BROUGHT IT TO MY HOUSE, TOOK IT OUT AND PUT THE NEW ONE IN, BUT THEY LOST THE REFRIGERATOR AND SO NOW AFTER ABOUT 17 DIFFERENT PEOPLE I have contacted and tried to get to see the issue, am I happy? NO. I am tired of fighting it, so I am resting, but I will not pay for a refrigerator I don't have.

    The drawers are cheap plastic. No light in the freezer section. Moisture collects heavy in the unit.

    I was assured a fix to a problem with door handle on wrong side Sales person made mistake , after I called to get it fixed Richard at local store never called me back. Eventually I will take care of it myself I guess . I could have accepted the sales person's misinformation but the customer service after the fact was awful.

    This refrigerator, even though it is advertised as frost free, is not frost free. You will need to package everything in the freezer with food saver envelops to save your food without ice crystals covering the entire surface. It has ample space and is of sound construction otherwise.

    Refrigerator arrived on time and home delivery company was amazing; however, item was dirty/greasy. Had terrible customer service when called about order. Customer service rep working from home and very very rude to delivery crew and myself. Had item picked up for return on 2/25 and have not had my leasing plan credited.

    Such a horrible experience!!! Refrigerator was delivered and installed by BestBuy but did not cool. It took many, many calls to the store, the bestbuy repair line, whirlpool, and the bestbuy chat to resolve. I finally ended up purchasing a second refrigerator from BestBuy, while trying to figure out how to return the original refrigerator. I ended up needing two appointments - one to return the defective refrigerator and a second to deliver the replacement refrigerator. Because of covid, supply was very limited so I ended up buying the exact same refrigerator and am hoping for the best. However, based on other negative reviews about failure to cool, I don't have a lot of confidence in this product.

    Bought this fridge on a great sale price but problems started 4 months after purchase with loud rattling sounds randomly on and off then the fridge internally leaked water so always a puddle of water in the trays....last straw is the fridge stopped cooling and had fridge full of food spoil TWICE all within year of purchase. Im happy I bought the warranty but let's see if best buy fixes this.....
