The delivery people damaged the fridge while switching the door swing. THEN...the replacement they delivered is the WRONG ONE!!! The fridge is great! I'd just recommend buying it from someone else.

No ice trays or racks either. The Refrigerator looked great in the store, with shelving etc. but not very user friendly once at home. Bad investment on our part.

Disappointing

Just over two years after purchase the defrost control box failed. The replacement part costs over $400 according to the Whirlpool service tech and not covered under Whirlpool component parts warranty. That's half the cost of the refrigerator. I rate this a fail.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the refrigerator did not work when delivered. called whirlpool the next morning after delivery (approx. 18 hrs after delivery), but whirlpool refused to send a repair person because I needed to wait 24 hrs after it was first turned on for it too work properly even though it was not working. whirpool somehow thought it would magically start running after 24 hrs. I returned it and bought another brand and will not buy whirlpool again.

Replaced it with another fridge and in black way better.

We have a multi-family rental that we updated recently and this is what we went for both units. It’s not that expensive but we still loved the stainless design. It has the traditional 2-doors and offers a lot of space.
