    When the door is opened everything fogs up and all containers are wet in both the freezer and fridge. It has been replaced once but have same problem with this one. The doors seem to seal ok on this one. Can anything be done ???

    Not told of body damaged. Knew it was open box

    I looked at refrigerator at the store. Was told it was open box. No one pointed out the body damage. The deilvery man showed me , not salesperson in store. four dents in upper right hand side . Delivery man pointed out it was open box which I knew but didnt know about dents. I didnt call store because I was sure I would get the run around about it being open box. So I let it go. Didnt think store would do anything. But I will not shop at Pacific Sales again.

    Good refrigerator

    We replaced the refrigerator at our Lake home with this. Delivery was fabulous. Set-up was great. The appliance got to working temperature within 2 hours. Interior plastic is a little thin. Overall a great purchase for our Lake place.

    Terrible - failed in 30 days

    Using this in the garage - Beverages only in the bottom worked fine All items in the freezer defrosted slowly over 30 days and had to throw over 200 dollars worth of food in the garbage. Tested Temp control after to see if the delivery team miss configured the unit but no matter how low I set the temp controls the freezer would crawl back to about 30 degrees within 24hrs. Garbage

    Frig great. Service stinks

    When bringing the frig in they broke off the butter door. They were suppose to send new butter door. It’s been 2 months and. Nothing. Awful trying to get help on phone. Terrible customer service.

    Cannot set the temperature correctly. The recommended setting is fine for the freezer but also freezes crisper. Lower it on notch and the freezer is not cold enough.

    It’s all over the place

    The bottom doesn’t get cold enough. The top freezes unevenly and has even been malfunctioning. I’ve lost a lot of food unnecessarily. I just wish I could take it back

    Worst companies ever

    Basically, the refrigerator stopped working before three weeks of delivery. Best Buy takes returns only for two weeks, even if the appliance is not working. They sent me to call the manufacturer, which is also an example of a third rate company. I will return the appliance one way or another, cancel my credit card with Best Buy and never return again.

    May be ok if you don't have to move the hinges.

    Fridge was delivered and I needed to move hinges so it opens on other side. All went well until the last hinge was to be moved on the top of the freezer part for the freezer door. You have to remove 3 plugs that cover the currently unused holes on the other side so you can install the hinge screws. The instructions were to pry them out with a putty knife. The plugs are made of some brittle plastic and all three broke off with plastic blocking the holes I need for the hinge.

    The worst refrigerator we have ever bought! we have had it for a year and it has only worked sporadically for three months at this time. Due to warranty, they will not replace.

    Nightmare!

    This was the worst best buy experience. They deliver the fridge with missing parts. The tech took note but nobody followed up that request. Fridge door installed which our kitchen with left side cant be operable since there is a wall there. I told them you guys need to install to the right side but they said they cant do. When I purchase the fridge, nobody asked which side I prefer the door.

    The compressor made a loud humming sound that was not repairable and cooling was very low. Best Buy was very responsive but unfortunately it was a bad item.
