Repair man came out to fix it and he was not able to fix it. Best buy picked it up and you did not have any more in stock. We received a refund, but we had to shop elsewhere. Very inconvenient. We liked to one we pick and now we had to settle for something else.

What’s mess it is when nobody takes the time to listen these days. Multiple trips to try and attach the ice maker to our new frig but they keep sending tech with wrong stuff… the same stuff each time. We tell them it is wrong but they insist that they know better. Okay we will see how many times it takes… @ 4 trips still not fixed.

I just had a master home inspector tell me that this fridge/freezer wasn't cooling anymore even on the highest settings. I only bought it in March 2022. I need someone to service it ASAP.

It is not a self defrost freezer. Refrigerator is ok... could be colder but it’s on the highest level. Very disappointed.

This is a factory defect where the warranty does not cover the fridge. The cost of the repair is the price I paid. I do not recommend and would stay away. Possibly even from Whirlpool who should stick behind their equipment.

Had to replace after 3 years

Just after three years, I have to replace one because the cost to repair it is almost as expensive as the buying a new one. At almost the same time, the evaporator fan motor had to be replaced.

The day on arrival I wasn't home and my kids called me stated the refrigerator looks used and have some scratches and fingers prints inside refrigerator. I put refrigerator on maximum cooling and still not cooling enough.

Bad product.

It cost us a lot of money in spoiled food. We had to wait for a new compressor to be ordered and installed. We had one week of pain and misery with no fridge to keep our food. This company stinks. A brand new product should not fail!!!
