The customer service associated was attentive, polite and did not show me items that were above my price point. The day of delivery, the employees were great and advised our refrigerator had a scratch and took the necessary steps to ensure we received a discount. I buy most of my appliances from best buy and this was a great purchase.

Surprised and disappointed

The delivery/install guys were great - no complaint there. So far, the unit seems to keep the fridge cold, and the freezer really cold - so I'm OK with that. I was really shocked to find that the Monochromatic Stainless Steel we paid a big up-charge for was just the doors. Both sides, and the top, are a gray putty, non-stainless. If we ordered the white version, the whole dang thing would be white - saw it in the store. If we ordered the black, the whole thing would be black - saw it in the store. Why, when paying an up-charge, doesn't that follow for stainless??? The 2nd problem, which is being worked on, is the freezer door gasket. It was badly aligned when the door was made, and since it's a "foam-in-place" gasket, it's actually part of the door, rather than a separate replaceable part. So, we're waiting for a replacement door to be installed. I understand that happens, and I assume Best Buy will take care of it. HOWEVER, only one surface being the stainless, for which we paid an up-charge, has left us will a really bad opinion.
