Ordered on 11/17/18 still hasn't arrived, disappointed!

Needed a new refrigerator for garage for drinks. This was on sale and bought it. Bigger than I thought, was very impressed. Well thought out when designed and works very well. Would buy again.

The freezer component of this product does not get frozen. It's just a waste of money

Just took delivery, purchased at, and installed by Best Buy. The delivery/install guys were great - no complaint there. So far, the unit seems to keep the fridge cold, and the freezer really cold - so I'm OK with that. I was really shocked to find that the Monochromatic Stainless Steel we paid a big up-charge for was just the doors. Both sides, and the top, are a gray putty, non-stainless. If we ordered the white version, the whole dang thing would be white - saw it in the store. If we ordered the black, the whole thing would be black - saw it in the store. Why, when paying an up-charge, doesn't that follow for stainless??? The 2nd problem, which is being worked on, is the freezer door gasket. It was badly aligned when the door was made, and since it's a "foam-in-place" gasket, it's actually part of the door, rather than a separate replaceable part. So, we're waiting for a replacement door to be installed. I understand that happens, and I assume Best Buy will take care of it. HOWEVER, only one surface being the stainless, for which we paid an up-charge, has left us will a really bad opinion.

While it may not boast the latest features of today's fridges, it more than makes up for it in quality and performance. Despite not being the newest model, it functions flawlessly and meets all my needs. In fact, I would argue that its performance rivals, if not surpasses, that of newer generation fridges. It has been a month since the purchase and delivery, and I have yet to encounter any issues. The fridge has proven to be reliable, efficient, and well worth the investment. I am confident that it will continue to serve me well for years to come. Overall, my experience with Best Buy and the product I purchased has been nothing short of outstanding. From exceptional customer service to a high-quality appliance, I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend Best Buy to anyone in search of a reliable retailer and quality products.

Perfect size for us. The temperature gauge is very easy to see. Clear glass shelves help us to see what gets pushed back.

Nice size fridge, plenty of room. Keeps things nice and cold. Freezer is also a good size.

I like the sleek look of this refrigerator. It also has lots of storage capacity. However, if you need to move the handles to the right side of the unit (they come attached to the left side), I recommend being very careful—and hiring professionals who specialize in installing/repairing refrigerators—to ensure the unit stays intact through the process. Even better, if you are paying for delivery with installation, make sure to ask for the handles to be installed on the side you prefer, and verify that they are is installed properly before signing for the delivery/installation. Overall, I’m happy to own this American-made appliance. Here’s to many years of refrigeration!

The temperature does not regulate correctly in either the refrigerator or the freezer. I have Whirlpool technician coming to look at next week.

I love this refrigerator. We could not find one to fit into our limited space in our kitchen. This one fit so perfect. It is so roomy inside and very easy to clean. Easy to take the drawers and shelves out for cleaning. Made very well.

This refrigerator is great and meets all my needs. I have plenty of room for everything and it works perfectly. The door hinges and handles were reversed from what I ordered but the delivery man had the tools and know-how to make those right!

I like the services from BestBuy to care customers from beginning up to after sales as well. I can find the best thing which comforts to my need and my budget. I trust BestBuy always!

Had some gasket issues, but exchange was easy. Makes strange sounds, and seems to run a lot.

Received this 3 days ago to replace our 26 year old Maytag and surprised how quiet it is! Took less than an hour to chill all our food & drinks on a 90 degree humid day! We have a small kitchen and this fit like a glove with more interior space than our old one.

Good home unit for the price. Lot's of room and looks good.
