    took 3 times to deliver. Not all parts delivered. Installation was not done. No water line. No hookup. It was on my original order. Very un happy with service.

    Very Very Loud Noise

    The Motor is very loud noise, the noise went on over 20 minutes. I thought I can stand it, but I couldn't stand it after 3 months, and it's is too late to return. :(

    Hunk of Junk. Done in 4 years.

    Purchased in 2018. Fine until 2022. Now the freezer doesn’t freeze and then the refrigerator freezes food over. Didn’t even last 4 years before total malfunction.

    Major system failure due to manufacturing defect as their repairman states. Whirlpool just wants to sell me an extended warranty.

    Disappointed in Product and Service

    Bought this for my daughter less than 6 months ago and it stopped working. Called for service and they schedule it out over a week away. She has two children and no refrigerator for over a week.

    Poor Whirlpool refrigerator

    Temperature control quite working in the bottom part of the refrigerator after 32 months. Whirlpool use to make great products.
