This unit is great for the price. It works like a champ. My mom's house required one this size and it fits and operates flawlessly. You need to seriously consider this unit.

Love my new fridge. There is so much room and I love that I can see through all the drawers. Being able to move the shelves on the door is so helpful.

much better then the first one I got. Theb other one was very loud and didn't seal. So I would spend the extra $150. and get this one.

Excellent product. No issues from online purchase, delivery, and operation. The coating is not as finger-print resistant as I would like (I still need to wipe it down every couple of weeks with a stainless steel wipes), but it looks great and has been operating flawlessly these first two months of use. Just seems a bit over-priced for a classic-style fridge when french-door fridges or other units with more features are around the same price, even by Whirlpool themselves.

Nice appliance at a good price point. Plenty of space.

Good internal layout so things are not pushed to the back and lost. Not too loud.

Bought for our garage specifically told operators why we needed this and he suggested this one…well these don’t stay cold in the winter..are you kidding me..I’ve heard others talk about these we told the sales guy on phone we wanted one that DID NOT DO THIS ! We bought it in summer so boom to late to return..THIS SHOULD BE NOTED WHEN YOU BUY! I will say it’s nice for price ( even though they’re all over priced) if it was cold year long it would get a 5 star..DONT YOU EXPECT IT TO BE COLD ALL YEAR?

I love my new Whirlpool Top-Freeze Refrigerator. The only issue I had with the product is the delivery guys made a small dent on the refrigerator door. Otherwise, I'm enjoying my new refrigerator.

Looks great, and it's nice to have 20.5 cu ft in a space where I only had 18 before. Nice bright lighting inside.

My new Whirlpool Refrigerator/Freezer is nice and working great, but not enough freezer room for a family of 6.

I was delighted to find that certain makes of refrigerators were not back-ordered for two months. The in-store purchase was easy to do; shipping timeline worked our great and the delivery (and deliverers) did a good job. The store representative was unable to get the purchase for me through my Best Buy credit card, but it worked out okay to not finance it.

Great fridge, the biggest one I could find to fit into the space of my old fridge, shelf placement is great!

The previous unit did not work, not cooling below 40 degrees. The delivery aspect of this transaction (twice over) left a lot to be desired. We were not given an advance call to let us know they were nearby, instead just showing up at our house, leaving us very little time to empty our fridge and freezer, making us feel harried.

We absolutely love our new fridge. Best Buy delivery was also great!!

I owned a Whirlpool Refrig for 22 yrs. The drawers were broken, so I decided to buy a new Whirlpool. They don't make them with the freezer as cold as my old one. My ice cream will always be softer. I like ice cream frozen solid and that won't happen with the new refrig :( If your refrig and freezer work good, keep the one you have.

Purchased this whirlpool refrigerator from Best Buy and im very happy I did!!! I absolutely love my refrigerator! The delivery and service was exceptional!! I will definitely purchase from Best Buy again!

This purchase actually happened, but by the time we got back to picking it up at the store, a salesperson said that someone else bought it and took it home. Best buy needs to create a policy or signage on the product so this would not happen again. Sadly, I was forced to buying a smaller fridge that was in stock to bring home or all my food would be spoiled! We could not wait for another order.
