Great off floor value for the money. We recently moved and our new home has a jenn air counter depth fridge so we needed additional storage capacity. Didn’t want to spend a lot since it would be in our garage. This floor model whirlpool fit the bill perfectly.

Nothing special. No water, no ice. Purchased as a second and placed in garage. Like that it is very quiet.

This is the third one that i have purchased for some rental apartments They are a quality product with a very high end appearance that I would be very happy with in my own home

I like the size and look of this black refrigerator. I am also looking forward to the energy saving. I was rather disappointed with the delivery. I was scheduled for the 4-8pm timeframe and after waiting and close to 8pm received a call they had to reschedule.

Installers were on time, professional and very helpful, especially in the 14 degree temp!! This fridge is very efficient and seems larger than my old side by side. Great price and was here in one week!

Perfect size. Keeps things cold in fridge and frozen in freezer. I personally enjoy not having a auto ice maker.

There is a glitch with this refrigerator nit closing/ sticking automatically when you close it. You really have to close it all the way hold it firm for it to stick and stay close. Otherwise it will open up. The door is to light I guess, design nit working like every other fridge. It’s anointing, but this is a fridge for grandpa and I will have to deal with it, since there is a budget and honestly it’s a pain to be returning.

The fridge works fine. It has a large capacity. Only negative thing is the door shelves seems kind cheap, but we haven't had any problems with them though. There are like 50 pages about the Whirlpool sticker and where to put it, but no Whirlpool sticker was found anywhere.

My fridge of a similar size was slowly underperforming. I was able to get this one installed and my old one hauled away. The delivery people were great! Happy Camper here!

This item works great, unless your garage is @ 25 degrees. Then the freeze warms up.

Had to switched the door for our kitchen. When it was brought in the house noticed the door gasket did not touch the actual refrigerator at the bottom on both sides. Ordered another refrigerator, took a week to get it. Right off the truck even before they switched the door, there was a gap at the bottom again. Returned it. Called Whirlpool, they said a technician could come check it in a week. Decided to return the first one and buy something elsewhere that came in 3 days and works. Being without a refrigerator over 2 weeks was awful.

The first one came damaged.. The gueek squad could not repair it. they were wonderful. I received a new one one week later. Best buy went out of their way to make things right. I would shop at Best Buy again.

My new refrigerator works great, is easy to clean and is large enough for everything I need along with being flexible in how the shelves are placed.

Love this refrigerator!! Love that it came in black and not to big. Plenty of storage space.

Had to take the door off to get it in the house then swapped it to open the other way works great no problems

Whirlpool refrigerators are really good in general and the only thing that bothers a little but does not last long, is a humming sound when compressor start working.

This fridge has had NO problems! I am satisfied with my purchase :)

Good refrigerator for the price. Has most of the features I needed. Negatives: Does not have a light in the freezer and so far has been a little noisy.
