Basic fridge that does everything you need it to do. IF looking for all the bells and whistles of the newer models, this one isn't for you

Horrible fridge/freezer and horrible experience with Best Buy and whirlpool. We bought 3 of these fridge/freezers, one for our main house, one for the garage and one for the finished rental basement. None work! 15 days after buying one of the freezers didn’t feel that cold, everything slowly started thawing. We called Best Buy they said too bad call whirlpool you didn’t buy a warranty with us and only 10 days to return. Called whirlpool and they came out and said it’s because it’s in the garage and left. That I could understand. Went inside and both other freezers were starting to dethaw. In fully lived in indoor settings. That’s ridiculous! What’s the point of having a fridge and freezer if you need to run your indoor heat super high to work it! We don’t drop our heat lower than 68. Now we are stuck with 3 fridge/freezers that won’t stay cold enough to freeze food. We loved Best Buy and we loved whirlpool but now second guessing both companies that won’t stand behind 15 day owned fridge/freezers that don’t stay cold.

Has a scratchy sound when closing the refrigerator door.

Right fit for the right apartment. Needed a fridge to occupy a small space and it works great

Door was scratched and still hasn’t been replaced(2months)

Tried fixing the fridge 3 times with 2 different companies but they ended up telling me that they tried everything and nothing seems to fix the fridge. I've read others complaining about the same issues. Fridge would have condensation then suddenly starts freezing like crazy. spent over $400 on repairs for nothing. Very disapointing

I like that it has all glass shelves. One of the drawers slides to whatever side of the refrigerator you want it on. I think this is a nice feature to have when you may want to store a large item.

FULLY FUNCTIONAL, ONLY ISSUE THE DAIRY DRAWER VERY SMALL AND COMPACT. RECOMMEND SPENDING MORE TO GET MORE IF MORE SPACE IS SOMETHING YOU DESIRE. WORKS FINE FOR MY FAMILY NEEDS.

This was delivered a couple weeks ago to my home. Thus far, I have been very pleased with it. It is just a basic model, but still offers good space in the fridge and freezer, as well as many compartments in the fridge.

I was not happy at first. Once I gave myself time to adjust to the new layout and the fact that it is slightly small than the old one I find myself quite pleased.

Very happy with this refrigerator. Freezer seems very cold and keeps my ice cream firm. Makes me very happy.

Purchased this as a second fridge for our garage. MUCH better than the Frigidaire we first purchased.

We were in need of a kitchen appliance suite. We decided on stainless steel. The cost of this item was very reasonable and love the sliding drawer feature

I bought this to replace the whirlpool that was 27 years old and yes it still ran good figure its time for an upgrade ,it is the same size as the old one with a few more features and the price was great, 5 star all the way

Though initial delivery arrived scratched on the front was able to have a replacement sent quickly. Looks good, works well so far.

Perfect size for a family of 4. Am absolutely in love with this refrigerator. Great size lots if room and great lighting. Not sure why people say it's loud. Not loud at all. And on the plus side a great brand.

This fridge is the perfect size for our family. It runs quietly and has plenty of storage. I also wanted a fridge that blended into our kitchen with out being a large focal point. You can't go wrong with this fridge.

So far so good. Owned same model for over 10 years so life of previous one was OK.
