I really love our new refrigerator. Glad we picked stainless steel. Gives our kitchen a whole new look. My only complaint is that I asked for the doors to be on the left side and it didn't come that way.

For what I paid it's a good fridge. Lots of room for everything. It is slow to get cold on start up. Took 36hrs.

The Techs was outstandingly smooth and efficiently. The Frig was than expected.

Would have been better if not damaged on arrival and it didn’t take three tries to get a refrigerator in my house

This refrigerator/freezer is used as a backup to our other and it works fine. No issues with keeping food cold or frozen. Adequate space as a spare.

This unit works great for our needs. No frills refrigerator but does the job. A little noisy but nothing annoying.

Nice item with a lot of space. Pretty quite but could hear a little noise as it’s running.

Not even a year later the compressor went out. My food was spoiled . Best buy had to send a third party company to fix this issue which took 3 weeks . A few months passed and the same issue again. This time it took 6 weeka to fix. They had me fill out a food spoilage form and they sent me a 300$ check to help w the inconvenience of loosing my food. Welp that check bounced! And when i call to get answers customer care ask for me to send a email to the administration team. Well i did and then I received a response saying i need to call. I call again and once again i was redirected to email . The protection plan is horrible .. this fridge is horrible. Dealing with best buy is a nightmare!

This Fridge is huge! It’s so pretty and so simple. I didn’t want or need one with a water or ice dispenser and I certainly don’t need a “smart” fridge. This fridge meets all my needs.

This frig has deep, adjustable door shelves that provide great accessibility to my most-used items. The glass shelves in the main compartment make it much easier to find everything else. Love it!

Very upset that I tried to buy warranty at time of purchase, after delivery and then after final installation and Best Buy was unable to give me that option

Original delivery was delayed because refrig was shipped without any shelves. Ice from icemaker has chemical taste even after running through dozens of batches. Bottom of regrigerator much colder than top shelf of refrigerator. Only five fixed settings to choose from to regulate refrigerator temp. Looked at same model last year and was quoted $650. This year had to pay $850.

So far so good, works as expected, I haven't had any issues

We have a second refrigeratror in our basement which broke and this was an inexpensive replacement.

Price was right. Bought it for an apartment use. I’ve had no complaints. I’d buy again. No sure I’d pick black but it is what the tenant wanted.
