good value for price-better shelving than competing models-unfortunately light switch poorly placed and fragile-broke in a few weeks-replaced under warranty

I will never buy another Whirlpool appliance! Three years after purchase, the compressor broke down but it was covered by a limited warranty for up to five years according to the documents it came with. After 3 attempts to call Whirlpool and being placed on “hold” for at least 20 minutes each time, I was still unable to get connected to a local authorized repair company. With another call to Whirlpool and a 30-minute wait, someone finally answered and gave me the name and numbers of 2 repair companies. But when I called them, they said they needed a repair ticket number from Whirlpool and I need to call Whirlpool back because they themselves have difficulty communicating with Whirlpool. Rather. Than deal with the headaches, we opted to purchase another fridge. And that’s just what we think Whirlpool wanted us to do so that they don’t need to honor their warranty.

Glad Best Buy had our choice of refrigerators. Staff helpful in answering questions and the ordering process. Delivery professional. Not a five star as always room for improvement but willing to give 4.5 stars.

This refrigerator is a basic model refrigerator and with luck will last at least 13 years as did my old one. it isn't fancy but serviceable and fine... i had several issues with delivery but i am hoping all will go well.

Best i love this fridge. Everything’s perfect no smell no leak temperature is normal and perfect. I love it and I recommend it.

had it for about 6 weeks; so far so good; very noisy, sometimes sounds like someone's knocking on the door; Whirlpool rather stingy--could have installed at least one more shelf inside the door (costs $25 on its website)

Bought this Frig for my elderly father. So far he likes it and is happy that it is fingerprint resistant. Easy to keep clean.

Nice looking and easy to clean. Temp in refrigerator and freezer were fine. Only didn’t like the control dial and refrigerator light location in center on first shelf. Tall items would not fit under it and kept hitting it

I love my new refridgerator!! The delivery was amazing. The movers were strong, on time, no scrathes or dents. I was thrilled.

Best Buys is great but this refrigerator keeps food cold but if items touch the back wall of the refrigerator it freezes. Talk to manufacture and was told that is what the current refrigs do. My husband said the manufacture must be saving a few pennies on insulation because our old refrig didn't freeze stuff in the refrig. The kick plate was bent. There were 3 minnie bin shelves in the door, should have been four - two for each side. Again the manufacture was saving pennies. I got this refrig because I have a limited space and there wasn't any other choice in the store that fit.

Love my new fridge. It has so much room. It is easy to wipe down and clean. Have had for almost a year now no issues.
