It was difficult to find a new refrigerator that fit the defined space we have for one in our kitchen. Most new refrigerators are much deeper, wider and taller. This fit the bill pretty well. Thankfully we have a separate full freezer as the top freezer is small. The shelves do not allow for changing either higher or lower so there is only one shelf that taller items can fit on besides bottom door shelf. Bottom shelves are quite low so it's quite a bit of bending. There really isn't any other choice that we could find so this will work. It is for our vacation home so we aren't there all the time.

This is a good basic refrigerator. Installations went well. It keeps the food cold and frozen in the freezer. It would be nice to have a light in the freezer, but we knew it didn't have one when we bought it. No problems so far.

The refrigerator is a nice size and the shade of white is nice and bright. The reason I rated the quality at 3 stars is because this refrigerator is larger, yet lighter than the one I replaced. It feels cheaper than the one I replaced. It is also noisy, the motor has a humming sound. Otherwise, it is great because I have a very tight space (height) and I can only have this style of fridge. I LOVE the capacity.

Nice refrigerator! Run very quietly. The interior is well lite, lots of storage. It's huge! It has not varied more than 2 degrees since I bought it over a month ago. I paid for set up, always well worth it!

very happy with the product itself. the fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish is very nice and it does resist handprints and smudges. be aware that the stainless steel are on the doors (front) and door edges only, the sides of the fridge are the typical vinylized grey / charcoal colored coated steel (which did scratch easily upon delivery). the fridge is much quieter than our 18 year old GE that we rid ourselves of. don't understand some of the previous comments about this fridge making 'grunts, groans, and bangs'...perhaps it was the ice cubes dropping into the ice maker bucket? this fridge also does not seem to have to run as often as our old unit, we like the roomy interior with the LED light. the only thing still getting used to is the temp control panel: it is mounted on the inside upper ceiling of the fridge portion, right in the middle and to the front. therefore, when you swing a gallon of milk in to the fridge, you have to get used to swinging it to the left or right of the control panel. we keep accidentally hitting it, but it seems sturdy and has held up so far. ONE Complaint - Best Buy delivered it (likely contracted out, since they came in a HUB Rental truck) and the guys were not very careful during the delivery. I told them several times the front door to our home should be taken off the hinges first, since the door knob would be in the way. Delivery ignored me, could not get it past the door knob, tried lifting the fridge over it, and ended up banging into my banister and coat hooks. This apparently scratched the side of the fridge (we noticed the scratches after they left). They also scratched our hardwood floor pretty good at the top of our landing when they set the fridge down, and then turned it (huge swirl marks). I did see this when it occurred and pointed it out to them. They did it again when entering the kitchen. Refused to hook it up to the water line since Best Buy / Whirlpool will only allow hook ups to copper ice maker lines (mine was an existing poly line). So I did it myself easily. TO BE FAIR - Best Buy took our delivery complaint very seriously and is having a new fridge delivered in a few weeks at no cost to us. They also adjusted the price when we found same model slightly cheaper at a local competitor. I will be sure to remove the front door to our home MYSELF and my wife will be sure to inspect for any scratches prior to the redelivery. VERY HAPPY WITH THE FRIDGE and the way Best Buy is handling our concerns so far.

My family loves the new refrigerator! It was on sale & we needed one for the garage for all of our drinks! It is nice & cold with lots of space & comes in 3 colors...white, black & stainless steel. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a great refrigerator. We also have a Whirlpool Stainless Steel with pull out drawer & it has been great for our family! We also puchased the 5 yr warranty as well.

Moved and left larger bottom freezer fridge. Bought this one which fit exactly to new house. No ice maker,quiet, maintains temp. and roomy enough for our needs. Good price for a basic fridge. So far so good!

I’m not going to subtract stars for the fact that it does show fingerprints and whatnot very easily because this refrigerator is huge and looks great. It has a lot of room in the fridge and freezer sections. Best refrigerator Ive ever owned.

We bought this fridge about a month ago. So far we have been happy with it. Sometimes the door doesn't close by itself when its full. I would think that you could fill it up to the edge of the shelf, but you can't, pretty close, but not all the way. It is also not what I would call a quiet fridge. It doesn't have any bells and whistles, but it definitely keeps food cold, and is spacious, which was what we were looking for. Overall, we are pretty happy with it.

There are many things to recommend this refrigerator. It is larger and has a nice interior arrangement. The one area that was a surprise was there was no light in the freezer compartment. It doesn't seem essential, just different from my previous refrigerator.

Storage is key and this fridge gives me space for my vegetables. I also like the fact that I don’t have to adjust the shelving for tall items.

This fridge works well and it matches my stove. It has so much room. Also, the freezer is on top like it should be since cold air drops. My old fridge had the freezer on the bottom.

Capacity, , good size, best product, for me is the best product anything whirlpooll refrigerator I use for more the 40 years in my life .

Great value for the sale price. Nice size for 1-2 people. Quiet and black to match my other appliances. Minor drawback there isn’t a light in freezer area.

After a lot of research, I decided on this model. It has so much space inside. The freezer is 50% larger than my last one which is great since I recently signed up for The Farmer’s Dog and the food fits in the freezer easily. The refrigerator cools all the food evenly. I’m so happy with my purchase.

Fridge is overall great . The freezer freezes very quickly with a large capacity. It's suitable for any family. Not very noisy. I was looking for something stainless for my home. I am happy with this purchase

Not fancy, but very practical refrigerator. Unlike side by side refrigerators, which have too many small areas, this refrigerator is designed to have large open spaces. So, bulky items, like a turkey, fit with no problems. And it's also easy to spot where things are. It does not have a light in the freezer, and that's a drawback. Also, mine was supposed to have an automatic icemaker built in, but the part (also used by Jenn Air and Amana) is out of production at the moment because of shut down of the factory due to Covid-19. I have been promised the part when it is available.
