Very Disappointed

I was away on vacation & couldn't respond immediately. When I did, I was totally confused by multiple messages, texts & phone call. The first customer service person I spoke with was very difficult to understand due to her heavy accent & loud background noise. I just finished another call to customer service. This time I received very good assistance.

Talk to manufacture and was told that is what the current refrigs do. My husband said the manufacture must be saving a few pennies on insulation because our old refrig didn't freeze stuff in the refrig. The kick plate was bent. There were 3 minnie bin shelves in the door, should have been four - two for each side. Again the manufacture was saving pennies. I got this refrig because I have a limited space and there wasn't any other choice in the store that fit.

It looks great in the kitchen, has a ton of space and arrived in a timely manner. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the lack of flexibility with the shelving inside the fridge itself.

We bought it in summer so boom to late to return..THIS SHOULD BE NOTED WHEN YOU BUY! I will say it’s nice for price ( even though they’re all over priced) if it was cold year long it would get a 5 star..DONT YOU EXPECT IT TO BE COLD ALL YEAR?
