The refrigerator is ok. My last refrigerator lasted 38 years so it has been awhile since my last shopping experience buying a refrigerator. I am hoping this one lasts as well. I was limited on the ones that came in white. I did not like the shelving arrangement, there are no split shelves but I am making do.

We are having problems getting the refrigerator to maintain the proper temperature in the freezer and refrigerator. The controls and instructions for setting them are confusing and the temperatures in the freezer and refrigerator do not seem to remain stable. It’s very frustrating because we never had any problem with the refrigerator we had before this.

I love all the room inside and the color is great.

I had a problem with getting wrong ice maker but Best Buy team was there to help me and solve the problem. I now have a working ice maker and I love my refrigerator. Best Buy is truly the BEST!!!

Exactly what I thought it would be. Very spacious.

especially Kyle, the manger have been always so helpful and informative. However, the delivery outside contractor are horrible, the least. They’ve been rude, uncooperative and ignorant. Last delivery, they damaged our hardwood floor.

The refrigerator and freezer barely reach the optimum temperature at maximum temperature controller setting. At delivery the door seals didn't close properly as the door wasn't straight. After requesting a repair or exchange I was told that someone would come to fix or replace the refrigerator. After 2 months waiting I decided to fix the problem myself. I wouldn't recommend this refrigerator to my friends. I also wouldn't buy anything from Best Buy again that I can't return myself to the store.

It's a Whirlpool. I expected it to be great, an expection backed up by Consumer Reports. You got my business because of your history with me and my family for quality service on delivery and installation. And once again we had a great experience from the in-store sale to the handshake at the conclusion of the installation

bought it to use in the garage. perfect for that purpose but shelves are a little flimsy for in house use.

We are happy with our new refrigerator. It is simpler but better than the old one by a long shot.

Bought this Frig for my elderly father. So far he likes it and is happy that it is fingerprint resistant. Easy to keep clean.

This was a refrigerator for extra storage and we wanted just a larger basic one. Works very well. Only disappointment was Best Buy chose to deliver white instead of the black that we ordered.

I wish I could give this 5 stars. It’s Energy Star efficient, it works fine, it fits in our small kitchen, and was not too expensive. But it’s super noisy when it is running. The motor hums loudly and it makes gurgly, growly noises. Sometimes wakes me up in the night when it turns on.

Good basic fridge, not as roomy as i thought it was gonna be but cant complain for the price

I am the only person in my house and had to buy a much bigger refrigerator than I needed. Other people have told me they live alone also and have the same problem. Smaller refrigerators did NOT have ice makers in them.
