It exceeded our expectations. Shelf space is very flexible for a refrigerator of this size. It fit into our limited space in our kitchen. We have had this refrigerator for almost two months and it keeps everything at proper temperature in both freezer and refrigerator area. We have monitored both with temperature gauge. Salesperson, Steve, at the Cerritos store was very helpful and honored sales price after it went on sale after purchase.

We thought our Whirlpool Imperial Series was failing and it found a new life right after I ordered this one, thinking it was the same, just new version. Terrible mistake, This one feels smaller, very little room to store tall bottles such as chilled wine and such. Cheese compartment is smaller. If move up the bottom tray to get more height underneath we lose the space under the cheese bin. In short it has been a headache to put back what we had in the old fridge. We actually are using some of the old bins to supplement what is missing in the new one. And, as others have mentioned, there is still no light in the freezer compartment which, by the way, also feels smaller than the old one. The dimensions of the whole thing are the same, which was one big reason for me to select this one, so??? I almost forgot that we wanted the door to open on the other side, but good luck with that. You have to do it yourself or pay someone!

Is very good and roomy fridge. Much better than the Kenmore it replaced. Quiet and plenty of shelves to use.

I bought it a month ago, fridge works great but I just have 1 complaint. I hope they can modify the door handles. My finger got caught in between the 2 handles when I unconsciously hold the upper part of the lower door while closing it.

Bought for condo. Delivery men were great. Fits into space and plenty of room for food. Quiet running. Ice maker added.

Whirlpool is a great brand and I bought this fridge sight unseen during their Memorial Day Sale. We had the Best Buy crew delivery, install and haul away our old fridge. Communication during the entire process was excellent and setup and haul away were done quickly but carefully. I love having a new fridge that does not freezer burn everything I place in the freezer. While we have only had the fridge for a couple weeks it is meeting our expectations and we are happy to have a modern fridge that is not from the 80s. The fridge when cooling is nice and quiet. Doors come preinstalled with hinges on right. We switched them to the left side. Works best to have two people do it, but not impossible with one. Make sure to not place sensitive items near the bottom shelf fan. We had eggs freeze by placing them on the bottom shelf. This was to no fault of the fridge as temp is where it should be. Just something we learned the hard way having something newer than our old fridge. Definitely recommend this fridge. Great value for the cost.

After reading the reviews online, I decided this was a good fit for me. I had to have a refrigerator small enough to fit in the door, which this one was. I also was looking for one that had the traditional freezer at the top. This does not have all the toots and whistles, like an ice dispenser, but if you are looking for a plain good quality refrigerator, this will work just fine.

This item has worked great so far. My only issue, items on the bottom drawer that are placed in the back, are freezing.

It seems to be running well, It took a little time to get up to temperature but has worked well since then. Ours had 2 dents in it when delivered, one inside and one outside, it still worked so we decided to keep it, and have it discounted. I like that the door holds larger items like gallons of milk.

Do not like how short it is. Can't slide milk jug around on top shelf because it hits inside light. Like clear shelves and wider shelves is nice. Works well, was noisy for about a week. Would not have chosen if I wasn't in time crunch. But it does work well, just short and wide

I like my new refrigerator. It really cranks out the ice. I have never had a really good icemaker. So far this one is excellent. The only negative is that you have to be careful that the door is closed. If you just give it a push, it is likely not to close completely.

An excellent appliance at a great price. It's very spacious and well designed. Temperature doesn't fluctuate.

Older GE s by s wld auto defrost itself once per month and cost $200 in food each time. After the third time I decided it time to find smthing that would do job as our garage fridg/frzer. Not wanting to spend a ton on smething used only for food/d bev overflow, I was hesitant because everything I looked at was $600 plus for something that was same size as the old fridge. My thoughts were to simply buy a single freezer unit then store any bev, extra milk jugs, etc. in coolers with ice. Not the best way to go about it but who wants to spend $1K on something that will just collect dust (my thoughts anyway). Then it hit me.. Best Buy sells appliances. It's not the place I used to think about when considering home appliances but I have had nothing but excellent service from this company with all our electronics since they have been in our area. As I looked at their fridges I was amazed at what you could get for the price! Bought LARGER fridge for UNDER anyone else's "Sell" price plus extra warranty. And, delivery guys were awesome! Prof. and ON time! Will now start with BB before anyone else.

the delivery was perfect, mertz and tom where very professional and did a great job of setting it up. if and when I buy again I want these two to do the delivery and to set it up. no problems what so ever, hats off to best buy and their services.

No problems so far. It is a nice old school refrigerator. Adding a light to the freezer section would be nice, though.
