We love our new refrigerator. My only criticism is the freezer control is hard to get to and very hard to see or read. Love the indoor compartments and drawers. Has just as much room inside as the larger old French door refrigerator it replaced!

It works well as our previous refrigerator with lot of spaces.

Works as advertised. No frills. Nice size. Very Quiet. Great second fridge.

Great fridge!! It's larger on the inside than it looks and runs very quietly. The option to rearrange the shelves on the inside of the door is also super nice. We've had the fridge for a month and a half so far and we love it!

I really do love this refrigerator. It does run a little loud. And I'm still waiting for the ice maker to come in. Fridge is very roomy inside. I can access everything easily. Where a side by side fridge was too big to allow door to open fully. I don't have that problem with this one. A really nice fridge.

The gasket seal is damaged. It does not stay cold. I have had this since last year in June waiting on it to be replaced. I can't keep my food cold when I cook a big meal and try to store it. I have to constantly try to keep things out of the refrigerator and put them in the freezer to keep the fridge cold. It will stay cold if you have some milk, eggs, butter and cheese in it, and maybe a few cokes, and carrots in the drawer, and some condiments in the door, but that is about all you can keep in it without it warming up past 40 degrees. If you keep it open longer than 1 second it warms up to 45-60. It's frustrating. When we go to the grocery and come home to put stuff in it, we have to pray it will cool off within 2 hours. I have to put the meat in the freezer so the fridge can cool off, and then not forget to take it back out to put it in the fridge so we can cook it the next day. Also on month 14 the digital temperature control and light went out. When they came to deliver the last refrigerator, which by the way was broken, I asked if they could fix it. But he couldn't. They keep sending me a broken or scratched refrigerators. I don't want to accept it. I just want a good refrigerator that stays cool and not a scratched up or broken one, or with loose gaskets. I am going to try the GE. Hopefully they will bring it to me and it won't have scratches on it, or be banged up or broken. This will be the 5th one. I'm embarassed. And I pray it keeps our food cold.

The guys that delivered the fridge did not change the door to the right side open as I had paid for. Luckily my mother had to chase them to the truck and asked them to change it.

Great Refrigerator/Freezer with plenty of room to accommodate all the foods I like. I almost forgot what a nice size appliance is. I downsized from a Cadillac to a let's say a 'wheel barrel', when I changed cars but not on this. I have a Cadillac refrigerator/freezer. Thanks Best Buy for your expertise in delivery and set-up.

Just what we needed for an extra refrigerator for the garage. The only problem we have is there is no light in the freezer. We didn't notice that in the bright Best Buy. Other than that it fits the bill for our needs.

After my 30 year old refrigerator died it was time to get a new one. I only wanted the basics with no ice maker or any other features. This one is perfect. It is very spacious and I love the all glass shelves. It makes finding items on the lower shelves very easy.

This was a replacement for my garage fridge that was a 1974 Kenmore. The footprint is slightly smaller than our old unit; but it has been far superior in about every way.

Excellent fridge....works great, I love that you can move the door shelves for your personal needs. However, I was VERY disappointed in the installation process. First, they gave me a 5 minute notice that they were coming. Even though I paid for an ice maker and COMPLETE installation, they refused to install it and I had to hire a plumber to hook up the water line to the ice machine. Then about a week later, the ice machine stopped working on it is own. It took another week for Whirlpool to come out to tell me nothing is wrong with it. ???? Great fridge, but, everything else is very disappointing. I'd recommend this fridge, but, not the service I paid for. In addition, I was NEVER showed any specific features about the fridge. I was told they were suppose to show me specifics, the bells and whistles it had. That never happened. :(

This is the perfect second refrigerator and freezer. We have it in the garage and find that food shopping is so much easier now due to increased space. We can now buy foods that are on sale because there is a place to put them. And it is a great place to keep those drinks cold!

In comparson to size, sale price, and reviews, this refrigerator is a great value. Delivery communication was good, but delayed a little later. Ice cube trays was not provided.

They went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't believe they made this happen. Wasn't a fan of best buy before. So I went to give them another try and was totally surprised what happened. So happy with my decision.

I Read lots of the reviews about this fridge and the complaints I read have not happened to me at all in the first month of the coronavirus age delivery. its an inexpensive refrigerator and it cools well and freezes well. what more is there?

This refrigerator is perfect for our faculty lounge. It has glass shelves for durability and cleaning. It fits perfectly in the room and the delivery service knew just how to move it through the door. The freezer is more than roomy for pies, ice, and other bulky things that go in a faculty fridge. This is something I would buy for my own house. Worth the price.

Bought this out side works great and has lots of space

If you are looking for a no frills refrigerator. This is the one for you. Plenty of room in the fridge/freezer. Lighting in the fridge is great. Love that the shelves are full and not half shelves as in my last one. For the price we paid for it. I am quite satisfied.
