My food was spoiled . Best buy had to send a third party company to fix this issue which took 3 weeks . A few months passed and the same issue again. This time it took 6 weeka to fix. They had me fill out a food spoilage form and they sent me a 300$ check to help w the inconvenience of loosing my food. Welp that check bounced! And when i call to get answers customer care ask for me to send a email to the administration team. Well i did and then I received a response saying i need to call. I call again and once again i was redirected to email . The protection plan is horrible .. this fridge is horrible. Dealing with best buy is a nightmare!

I was not home during it. They definitely didnt wait or told my wife to wait a couple hours at least to plug it in. Worried thats why its so loud now. 2nd they had dirty hands and left black marks all over the white fridge.

Nice but Not Sure Yet

It is very spacious width-wise but I find that I have to place what I would normally place on the top shelf on the bottom because I fear the shelves will bow from the weight. I am still messing around with the shelf placement to see what will work for my family. If I have a change of heart I will update the review.

I've read others complaining about the same issues. Fridge would have condensation then suddenly starts freezing like crazy. spent over $400 on repairs for nothing. Very disapointing

My refrigerator is great, but the whirlpool emblem

There is no light in the freezer. The vegetable drawers are flimsly and the guard at the bottom of the refrigerator does not fully attach.
