needed a new refrigerator delivery was really fast & installation was flawless

The top of the fridge is slightly bowed. I had some glasses sitting on top and when the compressor kicked in, the glasses shook their way off and shattered on the floor. Something to consider.

New refrigerator delivered 3/3/21. Refrigerator area works great, but the freezer is not cold enough. Service appointment has been scheduled. Hopefully, the problem can be corrected.

This is a great buy. We bought it as a basement fridge, so did not need anything too elaborate. Love the deep door storage.

This refrigerator will NOT work in a garage and doesn't state that anywhere in the description/specs. The operating range is 55 degrees to 110 degrees and the only thermostat is in the refrigerator. I keep my garage 40 degrees in the winter and this is cold enough that the refrigerator never runs so freezer items aren't kept to freezing temperatures. This is a design flaw that could be alleviated by adding a thermostat to the freezer. You'd think a company making refrigerators for this long would have figured that out. This is the only refrigerator I've seen that doesn't work in the garage including one I've had in my own for 8 years prior before it went out and many family members who keep them in their garage. This is an unreasonable spec IMO and it's unreasonable to expect homeowners to read all the fine print in the manual before buying any appliance, IMO. Whirlpool support will offer no help because it's functioning as designed.

Good solid redbridge. No frills but a good quality product.

I'm sorry I didn't research this refrigerator more. The shelves are not split which makes for ungainly use of space. Also, the unit is to small to accommodate food storage for party planning. Just a poor purchase on my part.

It’s spacious and good for value, but is it just me or does the refrigerator not get cold enough? The freezer is good and keeps food frozen, but I fear that my food is spoiling quicker because the bottom won’t get cold enough despite it being on the highest cold setting.

With limited space this refrigerator provides a large freezer and a good amount of space in the refrigerator.

Great basic refrigerator. The flexi-slide bins are great for adjusting the bins to fit your needs.

nice drawer space, side drawer space nice& plentiful, stainless doesn't leave prints on it like some stainless does

The refrigerator works fine as a fridge but I am very unlikely to buy anything from Best Buy again. The original fridge I ordered was delivered damaged. Poor customer service told me they couldn't get a replacement but I could get similar. But guess what, I had to pay more. Then the new one didn't match, isn't level, is noisy, and I had to put the handles, logo, and hinge covers on. It is dirty and not what I originally wanted. Overall, your delivery teams were excellent, but your customer service was horrendous.

Needed an extra refrigerator and this one fit right in. A lot of space and a good price.

This refrigerator makes so much noise I have to wear headphones just to watch television, my 30 year old old fridge was quite compared to this sound machine.

I don't like that there Is No Freezer light . it is a great dis advantage to have to turn a light on or a flashlight just to see in the freezer.
