    Best Buy delivered my refrigerator on Wednesday, 9/22 and took my old refrigerator that still worked. After waiting 24 hours I placed my frozen and cold food (over $300 worth) in the brand new Whirlpool refrigerator. Later on I noticed my frozen meat was thawing out and the refrigerator was warm so I put a thermometer in to check the temp. It is 68 in both the refrigerator and freezer. Not one single setting on this refrigerator works. Best Buy told me they will replace this Whirlpool refrigerator on Monday 9/27. I have a non working refrigerator with more than $300 worth of spoiled food. Either Whirlpool or Best Buy needs to replace this food. This has been a nightmare!

    We bought this refrigerator for the garage. It couldn't maintain proper temp in the fridge. The freezer was fine. We received a replacement one and it had the same problem. We replaced with a GE and had no issues.
