Freezer didn't work on the first fridge; I got a new one. Freezer works in the 2nd new fridge but there is so much condensation occurring in fridge and all that water is now being caught in drawers & on shelves. The part is on back order in warehouses so now I am supposed to wait for possible months and then we don't know if that is the problem.

It was good while it lasted. Bought it in 2020. Sadly, it just stopped working yesterday. Repairing it would cost more than a new fridge.

Very Good, just what I was looking for. Only concern was to late receiving.

When fridge was delivered and being installed BB installers found a hold in the bottom of freezer door. They taped it up, said it wouldn't be a problem & BB gave me $75 discount. For the past year or so, I've been finding water dripping from top inside of fridge. Looked online for a reason and told to check for any holes. I checked the fridge door and low and behold, there was another hole in the bottom. I took out the 3 year protection plan but of course it had expired last year. Now I'm stuck with a lemon.

So far so good was a little bigger than I thought but it fits.

Great refrigerator. No problems or issues. Wanted an ice maker to go with it but could not find it online to order with delivery.

Purchased this to replace a 14-year old LG french door fridge, which endured two moves with the military. As a standard no-frills fridge, we expected it to last close to our LG, especially when used as a secondary fridge and freezer. Yet after 2 years and 9 months, it stopped cooling adequately. Luckily we bought the Geek Squad extended warranty, or else this would’ve been a waste. It’s a shame because the interior capacity is actually not bad. Unfortunately, we Won’t be buying a Whirlpool again.

This unit replaced a good Maytag refrigerator which reached end-of-life. When the new Whirlpool motor is running, it generates a low-level noise and a high-level noise simultaneously. My own fault was in not making sure the top freezer unit also had a light bulb, which I had been used to for many years with my old Maytag.

This is a great refrigerator,petfect size and looks good.

We replaced our 20 year old Whirlpool fridge that never had a problem with this similar size and layout unit. Everything about this is cheaper: Thinner materials, less adjustable shelves, no frame on the glass shelves, rickety. From day 1 we had problems with it not being cold enough. Three service calls. New thermostat installed. We are running it with the temperature setting cranked up between 4 and 5 (highest) just to keep it within safe recommended operating temperatures.

Works great. There is no light in the freezer but that has not been a problem.

DON'T BUY WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATORS! THEY DON'T WORK RIGHT FROM DAY ONE! I bought this to replace another broken Whirlpool refrigerator. They don't last more than 6 years tops. This one has NEVER froze the ice cream in the freezer yet freezes the items on top shelf. Refrigerator is never colder than 50 degrees so all my food goes bad quicker. Bad refrigerator seals with gaps. I should've sent it back from the second day. Stupid me. The bottom grill fell off the second week we owned it. It started leaking water all over inside fridge within 2 months and still leaks all over.

It's working nicely. Setting it for max cooling was straightforward.
