I now have a working ice maker and I love my refrigerator. Best Buy is truly the BEST!!!

We didn’t need anything really fancy or with a lot of extra features, and it has worked perfectly every day! The guys that came to set it up were really friendly also.

The plastic crisper bins seem rather thin and a bit cheap but otherwise I like the appliance. My main disappointment is the lack of service for repairs.

However, the delivery outside contractor are horrible, the least. They’ve been rude, uncooperative and ignorant. Last delivery, they damaged our hardwood floor.

At delivery the door seals didn't close properly as the door wasn't straight. After requesting a repair or exchange I was told that someone would come to fix or replace the refrigerator. After 2 months waiting I decided to fix the problem myself. I wouldn't recommend this refrigerator to my friends. I also wouldn't buy anything from Best Buy again that I can't return myself to the store.
