The gentlemen that deivered my refrigerator were very polite and respectful and would refer them .Did their job with care.

Very disappointed in the quality of this new refrigerator. The plastic crisper drawers are very light and do not slide in the cheaply made guide for them. The freezer and fridge door handles do not line up evenly, and you can't fill the shelves with food because the door won't close due to the location of the door shelves. We purchased the same basic model as our old one, which was 16 yrs. old, so figured the new one would be just as good. Not so!

It does what it supposed to do and that’s keeps things cold. However it hums very loudly, it knocks, and it is very loud overall. At least once an hour it makes an audible noise that can be heard throughout the apartment. The refrigerator may work better in the garage rather than in home. It just worries me that these problems will give the product eight overall short life.

We needed a new refrigerator and had been looking at multiple stores. We were limited on the size we could get. When we walked into best buy the sales man helped us out really fast and was not pushing the sale.

fridge is good, butr as you can see I also purchased the ice maker to go with it. they delivered the fridge and ice mnaker on back order to receive by march 28th ( 1 month later!) called me march 25 th to say be another month. I saw a review about someone else having this problem but I was given to believe a 1 time problem by best buy.,well Iam still waiting on my ice maker!

It took a long time to get the ice maker. The fridge is decent. It was a little off balance but my husband fixed. The manager gave refund for the inconvenience of the ice maker. Thanks

The Whirlpool 20.5 Cu. Ft Top Freezer Refrigerator - Black is working perfectly since it was delivered. I am highly satisfied with the new appliance.

good with good amount of space inside. the refrigerator is all that i wanted for the purchase.

Put this in our basement when our not-so-old Kenmore quit working ... again... and again... and again. So far, so good. This actually freezes food in the freezer and not in the fridge! The Kenmore would freeze things in the fridge, but not in the freezer.

This Fridge is just OK. Completely basic. I have to turn the temperature setting to the max just to maintain a barely safe fridge temperature of 38 degrees. All in all you get what you pay for.

It's a great fridge for the money. Quite operation, holds plenty of groceries

The fridge is not ideal for a senior citizen having to bend down to review the contents and you bump your head on the freezer door handle. Wished I would have gotten a bottom freezer. Wish I could trade it back in .

This is a great refrigerator for the money but it is louder than my primary refrigerator. I plan to try noise deadening material to reduce the "hum" sound.

We installed this on our houseboat. So far we are very pleased with all of the storage in this refridgerator. The ice maker us making our lake time better. I havent recieved my electri bill yet, but expect it is a very efficient unit.

The first 2 caucasian guys were very nice, after the Fridge return. 2nd time delivered were an ashole.these 2 Mexican guys were no good..drop them they scared customer.
