Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.we lost several weeks worth of groceries when this fridge quit working within one month of purchase. then when we called best buy they told us we had to contact whirlpool since it was still under man warranty. technician came out and told us we had to much food in freezer. However, this is a bigger fridge than the one we used to have, with the same amount of food in it. so we bought a bigger fridge, but it doesn't hold as much because of where the blower is placed in the top half. Our top half still got cold, but we lost everything in fridge section. So now we cant keep as much as our previous fridge and are pretty unhappy with that. otherwise it has been working, so far.

When it was brought in the house noticed the door gasket did not touch the actual refrigerator at the bottom on both sides. Ordered another refrigerator, took a week to get it. Right off the truck even before they switched the door, there was a gap at the bottom again. Returned it. Called Whirlpool, they said a technician could come check it in a week. Decided to return the first one and buy something elsewhere that came in 3 days and works. Being without a refrigerator over 2 weeks was awful.
