Great customer service. Delivery went smooth! Will buy another appliance in the near future

It's a good model but the downside is that the doors don't automatically close like most refrigerators. Otherwise, it's a good fridge.

The delivery was completed with easy hookup and my coworkers are satisfied.

FULLY FUNCTIONAL, ONLY ISSUE THE DAIRY DRAWER VERY SMALL AND COMPACT. RECOMMEND SPENDING MORE TO GET MORE IF MORE SPACE IS SOMETHING YOU DESIRE. WORKS FINE FOR MY FAMILY NEEDS.

I will never buy this refrigerator again and now I will stay away from this brand too. This refrigerator was delivered last week it was so loud that it sounded like a spaceship was landing in my house. I called to have it returned and purchase something else the next morning. Had to go down to the store pick out something better but twice as expensive that will not be delivered until today which is too late to save the food in my refrigerator and freezer because it is all spoiled now because not only is the refrigerator extremely loud and runs 24 hours a day and it is not cooling so that all of my food in the freezer is defrosted and ruined. The food in my refrigerator is not cold either and also bad. I now have to fill out a form for the spoiled food and see how much they will give me for it. I have a different brand refrigerator coming today and it is pouring rain outside. Very Very inconvenient!!!

Horrible fridge/freezer and horrible experience with Best Buy and whirlpool. We bought 3 of these fridge/freezers, one for our main house, one for the garage and one for the finished rental basement. None work! 15 days after buying one of the freezers didn’t feel that cold, everything slowly started thawing. We called Best Buy they said too bad call whirlpool you didn’t buy a warranty with us and only 10 days to return. Called whirlpool and they came out and said it’s because it’s in the garage and left. That I could understand. Went inside and both other freezers were starting to dethaw. In fully lived in indoor settings. That’s ridiculous! What’s the point of having a fridge and freezer if you need to run your indoor heat super high to work it! We don’t drop our heat lower than 68. Now we are stuck with 3 fridge/freezers that won’t stay cold enough to freeze food. We loved Best Buy and we loved whirlpool but now second guessing both companies that won’t stand behind 15 day owned fridge/freezers that don’t stay cold.

This was delivered a couple weeks ago to my home. Thus far, I have been very pleased with it. It is just a basic model, but still offers good space in the fridge and freezer, as well as many compartments in the fridge.

I like that it has all glass shelves. One of the drawers slides to whatever side of the refrigerator you want it on. I think this is a nice feature to have when you may want to store a large item.

We were in need of a kitchen appliance suite. We decided on stainless steel. The cost of this item was very reasonable and love the sliding drawer feature

Right fit for the right apartment. Needed a fridge to occupy a small space and it works great

I was not happy at first. Once I gave myself time to adjust to the new layout and the fact that it is slightly small than the old one I find myself quite pleased.

Best buy team made our purchase very easy and efficient. Pick up was easy and quick.

Has a scratchy sound when closing the refrigerator door.

Excellent features; LED lighting, movable glass shelves, sliding bins! Craftsmanship is excellent, seals are tight, doors are square. Looked at other brands and the quality wasn't there at this price point.

If you are looking for a no-frills, reliable fridge and freezer this is it. Perfect for rental units or that second "beer fridge" in the garage or basement.

Door was scratched and still hasn’t been replaced(2months)

With my family, we've always "needed" a second refrigerator that we kept in the garage. When my old one went out, I was looking for a simple basic replacement, and for the price, this was it.
