The issue is we received 3 damaged ones before we said we would keep the last one and they gave me a gift card to take care of the issues.

The repair man couldn’t figure out what was wrong and they had to end up swapping it for a new one.

However Best Buy did no give me any problems and gave me another refrigerator. They wanted me to be happy with my product.
