Beware. My family despises this loud buzzing noise and we can hear the compressor running from 2 rooms away. We received this refrigerator in late May and decided to give some time for us to get used to this noise. The noise continues to annoy everyone in the house. I'm contacting Best Buys and Whirlpool to get this refrigerator out of my house!

Got text next day on 1-20 that refrigerator was out of stock and would not be available until 3-3-25!!! What kind of inventory control does Best Buy have in place that sales person did not know that item was not even available??

The delivery people damaged the fridge while switching the door swing. THEN...the replacement they delivered is the WRONG ONE!!! The fridge is great! I'd just recommend buying it from someone else.

No ice trays or racks either. The Refrigerator looked great in the store, with shelving etc. but not very user friendly once at home. Bad investment on our part.

Just over two years after purchase the defrost control box failed. The replacement part costs over $400 according to the Whirlpool service tech and not covered under Whirlpool component parts warranty. That's half the cost of the refrigerator. I rate this a fail.

This whirlpool refrigerator was a poor choice.
