I need a simple fridge with a lot of capacity for not too much money This fills the bill completely

the refrigerator did not work when delivered. called whirlpool the next morning after delivery (approx. 18 hrs after delivery), but whirlpool refused to send a repair person because I needed to wait 24 hrs after it was first turned on for it too work properly even though it was not working. whirpool somehow thought it would magically start running after 24 hrs. I returned it and bought another brand and will not buy whirlpool again.

Had to return fridge because it came with a big stain across the the top door was unable to remove no matter what i did. Replaced it with another fridge and in black way better.

Nice like the see through drawers. Had to turn knob way up to get cold. Not sure why.

Not great but you get what you pay for. Value but, would probably by something better next time

The freezer is producing ice all over on the lowest temperature setting and the fridge isn't keeping things cold on any setting.

Too noisy. Sounds like jet engines. Beautiful looking.

The refrigerator is just right size, spacious inside with adjustable shelves, love it !

Beeps if open more than 3 minutes now making loud beating noise.

I originally purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator on 9/20, that was delivered 9/30. It was defective. A new one delivered 10/7 was defective, and the delivery drivers did not even bring it in. Same thing happened 10/11, 10/18, and 10/22. NOTE: that is 5 units that were all defective. For all the anticipated deliveries, I cancelled other appointments, and made other arrangements to be home. So I not only wasted a lot of time over 5 days. I finally gave up on Best Buy!!!

Refrigerator accumulated ice once installed, we called a repair man and he had to apply a new seal.

Love the fridge, hate Best Buy! Worst customer service in the world!

I could't believe how loud this refrigerator was. Doors didn't align properly so a lot of frost and ice built up in a short ( 2 days ) time.glad I was able to return it

I purchase this refrigerator on April 28th. Today is June 12th and I am having to schedule a second service appointment! The freezer doesn't self defrost and then the refrigerator temperature goes up in to the 50s and 60s. Very disappointed! I have lost food twice now since I lost food from my 16 year old refrigerator going bad. At least I got 16 years out of the old one instead of 2 weeks out of the new one!

Very large interior but the plastic layers and containers seem very fragile.

The geek squad nev6offer me a replacement, gave me number to have it repaired from whool pool com. Return back to best buy for refund and cancel order for stove.

this is the second one that I have had. It works fine and ....

One of the worst purchases ever made. Had it delivered to our home and stored it in my garage until my daughter was moving. On moving day while refrigerator was still boxed and never opened when we went to open box it was so damaged it was unbelievable. The box and all the foam was all intact and you would never know it was damaged. It was so damaged it literally looked like it was damaged then boxed up. This was a gift for my daughter and we was scrambling on moving day to find another refrigerator and unfortunately we had to go to a competitor to buy one.
