Never buy a refrigerator from Best Buy

A 'Not Bad' refrigerator
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My requirements for a refrigerator were related to height (this one fit), noise, glass shelves, and a drawer in the middle. Quiet is a subjective term, but this refrigerator is a heck of a lot quieter than my old refrigerator, that said my dishwasher is quieter than my old one. The refrigerator is also noticeably deeper than our previous mid-90s model. The shelving is fine and spaced well. All in all it is a perfectly adequate refrigerator. It's not going to change your life or anything, but it does what it needs to. Pros: Relatively quiet Sturdy glass shelves Cons: Door seems poorly balanced even after multiple attempts at balancing via bottom wheels. Meat/Cheese drawer is difficult to close, probably due to it being adjustable from left to right. Adjustable shelving in door ends up loosing a lot of space compared to non-adjustable full length shelves.
I would recommend this to a friend It was dirty upon arrival!

Disappointment

The customer service associated was attentive, polite and did not show me items that were above my price point. The day of delivery, the employees were great and advised our refrigerator had a scratch and took the necessary steps to ensure we received a discount. I buy most of my appliances from best buy and this was a great purchase.
