Purchased this unit for a rental. When Tenant moved out I realized that the part to hold the small movable drawer was never installed so it won’t slide into anything. Also the small drawer on right doesn’t seem to fit correctly in the sliders so you have to pull hard to get it in and out. Would love Best Buy to reach out to me.

Refrigerator works great everything gets COLD ! They set it on the tailgate of my truck but not interested in helping me push on on any further Service could be better

Shelve configuration perfect. Refrigerator fit in tight spot.

It was difficult to find a new refrigerator that fit the defined space we have for one in our kitchen. Most new refrigerators are much deeper, wider and taller. This fit the bill pretty well. Thankfully we have a separate full freezer as the top freezer is small. The shelves do not allow for changing either higher or lower so there is only one shelf that taller items can fit on besides bottom door shelf. Bottom shelves are quite low so it's quite a bit of bending. There really isn't any other choice that we could find so this will work. It is for our vacation home so we aren't there all the time.

Spacious and affordable! Unfortunately, it's a bit noisy. It's okay once you get used to it, but still, every now and then, it can get quite loud. Other than that, so far, so good!

The fridge took over three days to reach temp, so I thought it was not working at first. I wish that had been in the manual (it said 24hrs). So far so good though! Also, I thought installation would include putting the handle on the right side of the door, but it did not. He said that was a service call. With COVID I was already nervous about having strangers in my house around the kids, so I didn't put in the service call, and now we cannot use the counter and have the fridge open at the same time. I wish the salesman would have let me know this had to be included on the order, since I did ask if it could be moved when we were looking at it.

Workers arrived on time installed refrigerator with out issue and removed old refrigerator. They made everything look easy and did not make any mess. Refrigerator works great just what I needed.

Gianni I believe his name as installed then refrigerator in about 20 minutes and left but called for me to either open or close a hose under the sink to make the water either flow or stop but I was dressed up for a funeral to go to Galveston so he turned the corner to come back to fix it himself.. excellent customer service.., he knew exactly what he was doing and should be commended! Great Job!

Great fridge great price great service.fridge has plenty of room.love the humidity vents in the crisper boxes.also the door has large shelves for larger items.would not hesitate to buy another just like it,from these guys at best buy.just awesome.

It is exactly what I needed! And it runs quietly, please the ice maker that I added to this model runs great. I especially lol ke the spaces in the door for beverages, butter and eggs. Great choice!

Easy to install and is easy to access refrigerator and freezer. Runs quite, all in all I'm very satisfied with it.

Great basic 20cuft refrigerator. It works great. Not fancy just functional.

The product is just what I wanted and provided space and separation for all my products. The only thing is I wish that an automatic icemaker was available at Best Buy for it.

I've had this fridge for about a month and a half now, and I've not had any problem with it. It has been working expected. Very good basic fridge, but I'd love to see a better interior control and compartment arrangement.

Good top freezer refrigerator. Adjustable shelves, added Ice maker which works fine.
