The reason for 3 stars is that the refrigerator came damaged (freezer door marked up) and we were shorted a door bin. Further, to get the refrigerator replaced, we were not able to get this until March 8. The frig was delivered on 12/27/21.

I was away on vacation & couldn't respond immediately. When I did, I was totally confused by multiple messages, texts & phone call. The first customer service person I spoke with was very difficult to understand due to her heavy accent & loud background noise. I just finished another call to customer service. This time I received very good assistance.

It provides accurate cooling in both the refrigerator and freezer, and I have mine in my Florida garage!

Last delivery (actual delivery and installation) was a great experience. Very professional and accommodating. I support BEST BUY products and sales process in store Since you are using a third party to be the ones closing the customer experience (just as important as sales process), I recommend a more thorough evaluation of those REPRESENTING the BEST BUY brand
