its a nice fridge but so many problems with it. I bought this back in July 2019. By October it was not cooling, whirlpool took over a month to come out and fix it. then in mid-november same problem. Still waiting on whirlpool to fix it again. Lost of groceries every time. Extremely disappointed.

Beautiful refrigerator I would recommend this refrigerator to family and friends

The condenser motor failed 1 year 9 months after purchase. Contacted Whirlpool who sent a tech out to repair the motor at the cost of $400.00. (Not accounting for all the lost food) The tech also crimped the water line for the ice maker and cold water feed causing water damage to the kitchen floor and drop ceiling in the basement. Unlike the picture there is no footer cover provided by the installer.

Water reservoir froze after 3 days of use. Fridge itself is nice, but the design is poor with the freezer air blowing directly on the water reservoir.

Very misleading , it makes ice but there’s I no dispenser for it only for water . Also , there is water lease from its valve . I brought a professional to take a look at it , and it came defective . Not to happy with the product

Usually hard to find a fridge this size with the features it has. This fit our space perfectly, and the finish on it is awesome.

The drawers do not fit properly. They do not xlose all the way. Not sure if they were installed improperly, or if it's a defect?

This thing is a piece of garbage. The refrigerator is O.K. except for water out the door, it's warm not cold. Freezer is a disaster. Nothing but problems from day one. excessive frost buildup and ice maker is a joke. it produces about 25 cubes a day. totally unacceptable. Today the ice maker fell off literally. I will never buy a Whirlpool product ever again.

Make sure you double check dimensions and don’t let them leave your house until you make sure they have removed all styrofoam!

So far love the fridge, but there are little bugs appearing under the lunch meat drawer! Think they cam in with the packaging of the fridge! If I cannot get rid of them Best Buy is giving me a new fridge.

We have had no issues with the new fridge. It works great.

After less than 2 weeks the refrigerator stopped cooling and the ice maker stopped making ice. So now Whirlpool is closed until Monday and all my newly bought food will spoil. I didn’t spend money on a new fridge for a defective product. I am extremely unhappy and will not recommend this product.

Not even a month in and the freezer stopped working. And now sitting on hold since it no longer can be returned to store to see what Whirlpool can do since thank God bought the geek squad plan. Ridiculous that 1 month after purchase it stops working already.

Fridge stopped working and was repaired 3 times before getting a new one in 8 months.

Just 3 weeks after delivery, the refrigerator emitted a strong burning smell, like plastic coating covering wires. Even with a Geek Squad service plan, Whirlpool insists upon conducting all service calls during the first year and they couldn't send anyone for 10 days. I reached out to the store and after much time on the phone, they agreed to swap out the unit for another new one free of charge. It is too soon to evaluate whether or not the second unit will last without issues. Since it was a safety hazard, I had to turn off the refrigerator and of course I lost all of my food. To expect someone to wait 10 days for a refrigerator to be fixed is ridiculous.

Installed 09/2019 replacing a 19 y/o Kenmore. October 2021, the fridge portion is not cooling. I didn’t get the protection and wish I now did. I chose Whirlpool bc it’s American made and thought I would last a long while before any issues arose. Wrong! Also, this size would be good for a single person or couple. Not big enough for a family of 3+.

Love my refrigerator, freezer works great. Good size for my family of 4. One little problem is the door baskets scrape when opening just 1 side. If you open both side it does not scrape

Broke after 6 months . Refrigerator section stopped cooling and needs a new fan the fan is back ordered so I will not have aworking fan for 1 month while I wait for the part, and whirlpool does not offer an exchange since it’s able to be repaired . I say spend the money on a fridge that won’t break so fast

I am hopeful this refrigerator will work out because for a smaller fridge the interior layout and functionality is great. However a couple hours after it was installed it began making a high whining sound when cooling. I'm getting a repair scheduled and hope it will be something minor that maybe should have been done during installation

I purchased this refrigerator a year ago and I have had to have a technician come out 3 times for different reasons. The construction is cheaply made and very disappointing. To add insult to injury, it takes weeks just to get an appointment to get anything fixed.
