Ice Maker Does Low Quantities

At our office, we go through a lot of ice. Unfortunatly, when we leave on Friday and come back on Monday the ice maker is empty!! It does not produce over the weekend like it should. Of course, the one year warranty is useless since we are now at 13 months.
